Unleash your inner rhythm and learn the fundamentals of iconic Jazz dance that will have you moving with confidence and flair. This class is a fusion of vernacular jazz which includes Latin fusion rhythms, fosse, and charleston along with learning technique, jumps and more!
Come dressed in fitness wear that you can move (and sweat) in! Indoor running shoes, please.

Get toned with Barre Fit at CAS! This class combines mat, core, and barre work (of course!) to give you the ultimate ballet-inspired sweat session. Barre Fit blends elements of ballet, yoga, pilates, and cardio for a diverse and low-impact workout. Taught by the American Ballet Theatre (ABT®) and Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) certified Lori Charbonneau (Artistic Director of CAS), Barre Fit is the perfect meditative fitness class at CAS.
Come dressed in fitness wear that you can move (and sweat) in! Ballet shoes are welcome but bare feet or socks with grip are okay too.
